Birthday

So my birthday has come and gone. Overall it was a good day. My parents took me and Rodney out to dinner and then Tiff, Greg and Evan called and sang happy birthday to me. Then Evan blew out the candles on my birthday cake. I heard it was a really good cake and Evan told me I should come have a piece. Unfortunately I didn't have time to make the 5 hour trip. Rodney gave me a book to tide me over till we get my present. The next day Rodney took me to dinner (not having to cook 2 nights in a row is definately a nice treat) and then we went to the homecoming game at Rodney's school.

On Sunday, my family here in Vegas celebrated mine and my dad's birthday. We had a yummy dinner and I got some nice presents. Troy's family gave me a gift card to Best Buy, Cory's family gave me a long sleeve UNLV t-shirt, and my parents got me the Country version of Rock Band. Maybe now my dad will give rock band a shot. Can't you imagine him singing On the Road Again by Willie Nelson? Overall it was a great birthday and I have the best family to help make it special.
